[D.e.l.i.c.i.o.u.s.] African Style Minced-Meat

If you are open with all kinds of food and flavors, especially a fan of curry, I really want to introduce you this, African style Minced-Meat!! It mixes light curry with a bit sweet and hot from chili, along with appetizing fried meat and onion, like a fantastic symphony rolling on your tongue. Just let the smell melts your heart. It tastes fantastic, classic and has been fixed for a day per week on our dinner table. My daughter Chloe loves to eat it together with white rice and boiled broccoli. For me, I personally like to add extra cool shrimps to make it a perfect daily dish.

I got this recipe originally from my mother-in-law. She got it from somewhere else online. She told me everyone in this family likes it, while I first tried it, it just grabbed my stomach so badly. I was like…oh my god…I have to learn how to make it! Finally I did! Here are extremely detailed break-down I make for you to quickly learn this recipe and it’s actually quit easy. Don’t be afraid, fresher, let's start!

First Step: Prepare All the Materials

Check the photo below, you need:

500gr minced meat (left blue dish)
1 middle size (or large size, depends on your taste) onion (right blue dish, cut it into very small pieces, as small as you can do. Take this step carefully, it won’t taste that well if the pieces are too big)
1 or 2 pieces of garlic (cut into very small pieces too)
1 tsk salt (nothing exactly, add depends on your taste)
1 tsk pepper (nothing exactly, add depends on your taste)
3 dl
cream
1 dl
chili (nothing exactly, add depends on your taste)
3 tsk curry powder (nothing exactly, add depends on your taste)
A bit of oil

Second Step: Stir and Mix

Use a spoon to stir the minced meat until it’s completely flabby. Try to mix the meat with onion, salt and pepper as much as possible.

Third Step: Fried the Mixed Meat

Use a bit of oil, not too much, just enough for half of the button of the pan. Heat it up and fry the mixed meat until it is fully done. Use mild fire, stir it even just in case it gets burnt.

When it’s done, place it in a proper mold. Let it be flat.

Fourth Step: Prepare the Sauce

Mix with the Cream, chili, curry and garlic slice. Better to slowly stir the curry powder until it completely melts into the cream.

Fifth Step: Place the Sauce and Cook

Use a spoon to place the sauce on the surface of the minced meat. Remember the gap between the meat and the mold, if you want the final work look better. Try to be average.

Warm-up the oven up to 225 degree, put the meat in and wait for 10 minutes then it is ready!
